[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide CAD drawings digitization services.
- Provide conversion and digitization services for CAD Files (drawings) into ARGIS Indoors space planning software.
- Conversion and digitization of CAD files (floorplans) for indoor spatial applications, covering an approximate total area of 5 million square feet within 20 high school campuses for both indoor viewer and space planner ESRI ArcGIS modules.
- ArcGIS Indoors Information Model geodatabase encompasses, but is not limited to, elements such as sites, facilities, levels, units, details, zones, and sections.
- Create mobile maps depicting the space planner work location and hoteling information that can be accessed on both Android and iOS mobile devices using the ArcGIS Indoors mobile application and publish to ArcGIS Indoors.
- Validate the integrity and precision of the converted data to ensure accuracy and exactness of the data, verifying its complete operability in the indoor space management GIS online viewer and strict adherence to the online viewer's specifications
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 14, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for five years.
