[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digitizing services of paper charts
- Provide Transport, Purge, Preparation, Digitization of paper medical charts, and provide Cloud storage of digitized charts,
- Total number of banker boxes is approximately 364
- Storage is in the basement of building, close to the exit. There is a loading area on the same level as the storage room with easy access for trucks, no loading dock available
- Scan each chart in section order without dividing or identifying sections with barcodes
- Estimated pages per chart is 70 (approximately 20% double-sided)
- Storage of all scanned images from the project
- Single and multiple record views, such as in grid format, for easy navigation
- Archive image search capabilities, including keyword search, date range search, and patient ID search
- Archive image sort, filter, and select capabilities to streamline access to records
- Secure user authentication and role-based access and control to ensure data privacy
- Audit trial functionality to track user interactions with patient records
- Integration capabilities to enable future transfer of records to other systems
- Archive image download functionality for authorized users.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 22,450 charts.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2023.
