[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide Paper to Digital Document Scanning, Indexing and Digitization Services Using 300 PPI scanning resolution in 8 Bit Grayscale or 24 Bit Colour where appropriate in PDF format.
- Scan paper documents into pdf documents at a minimum 300 PPI in 8 Bit Grayscale or 24 Bit Colour where appropriate. OCR must be enabled. Some pages include a small amount of colour and this colour must be captured.
- Provide documents as pdf/A documents.
- Digital files shall be provided to LRP via ftp, Google Drive, or other approved electronic transfer process with a naming convention of MD Document Nam Year.pdf
- Bound documents do not need to be rebound after scanning but must be secured via multiple rubber bands. Staples in correspondence do not need to be replaced.
- Return files organized in the same manner as provided.
- Pickup files after award of the Contract November 14, 2023, or an earlier date if agreed by agency, and December 18, 2023. Potential additional pickup to be determined if necessary, according to agreement between agency and Contractor.
- Provide electronic files weekly.
