- Scanning Services for both districts must be conducted simultaneously.
- There are 24 different departments within the 4 locations and approximately 10,000 paper files, 90 cabinets, and 110 banker boxes.
(2) A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on October 25, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2023.
