(1) Vendor needs to provide historical deeds indexing and uploading services of certain deeds from Early land and Vitals system and importing them into Eagle Recorder, augmenting the range of deed documents currently in the Eagle Recorder system and adding index data to each of the document images, including grantor and grantee information, recording dates and property addresses, uploading this information and the subsequent index data into our Eagle Recorder system so this information can be viewed internally and externally.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 12, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2023.
