[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digitization services.
- Provide the conversion service of paper documents to PDF format (digitization services) on a job-by-job basis as required by the various units and divisions within the Service
- File digitization and electronic access to these records will contribut
- To improved efficiency with desktop searchability and streamlined business processes
- To improved controlled access, security, and backup
- To streamlined management of records, including improved retention and disposition management
- To free up physical storage space currently being occupied by these documents for other purposes
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
(4) This bid is researched and provided for information purposes only, and RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included. Additional Payment of will be required to pay to obtain the Main RFP document (Apart from RFPMart charges). This notice only refers to contact details of contracting authority.
