[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide records scanning service for scanning extensive paper records, creating electronic records in a format agreeable to the Industrial Commission administrative office, the delivery of some paper records to the state historical society and the destruction of some records.
- To convert paper records to electronic form.
- To provide must prep and scan all paper records and create pdf documents.
- To provide must furnish all boxes and bins used in transport and is responsible for movement of records.  
- Contractor must describe in detail the method of disposal of the digital copies of the scanned documents
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 27, 2023.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
