[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digitization services at scanning resolution of 300 DPI in PDF or PDF/A file format.
- Digitization of paper and microfilm records and related services
- Provide all digitization services as listed in the Payment Terms.
- Provide digital files in a non-proprietary format such as PDF or PDF/A.
- Provide related services as required by the agency which includes enhancements, blank page deletion, image-based quality control, and Optical Character Recognition in the digitization unit price.
- Provide a maximum of 10 working days turnaround time for general digitization services.
- Provide a maximum of 2 working days turnaround time for the completion of high-priority digitization services.
- Pick up records from various locations in city provide digitization services and return the records along with the digital images and metadata, within an agreed upon timeframe
- The Contractor will use a scanning resolution of no less than 300 DPI, and provide digitization in colour, black & white, or a combination of colour and black & white.
- Provide digital images in a non-proprietary format, such as PDF or PDF/A. Digital files will be transferred to EPS via an EPS-provided encrypted hard drive or SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).
• 300 DPI text-searchable PDF or PDF/A files
• Scanning statistics in a CSV file
• Metadata in a machine-readable format
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
