[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfiche record to digital imaging conversion service using to scanning resolution 200 dpi in TIFF format.
- Digital scanning of the microfiche record in a Tag Image File Format.
- The resulting TIFF image files are to be exported either by agency or on-site. If on-site the TIFF image files will be transferred directly to the network file resources.
- There are approximately 2.3 million microfiche cards that need to be digitized, the microfiche are 16mm size images and the microfiche card is 6 inches x 4 inches.
(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on March 20, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than march 31, 2023.
