[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digitization of historical records services at Scanning resolution of 300 dpi.
- Digitization of historical records regarding rural bridge structures and the site locations.
- Approximately 1,800 to 2,200 files to be digitized
- Bridge Files contain ten up to two-hundred or more pages
- Scanning shall be at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi
- Documents shall have Optical Character Recognition  applied
- Documents shall be appropriately named and indexed
- Documents shall have optical character recognition applied
- Document types:
- Bridge File Summary
- Maps, Plans and Sketches
- Bridge Designs, Structural Analysis, Calculations and Quantities
- Bridge Inspection Reports and Photos
- Letters or Correspondence
- Pile Driving Logs
- Estimates of Flows
- Regulatory Permits and Authorizations
- Construction Authorizations
- Completions Reports
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 28, 2023.
