[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide configurable Software as a Service (SaaS) Cost Allocation solution to perform monthly indirect cost allocation and subsequent quarterly true-up.
- The majority of records to be digitized are papers (letter and legal sized), bound ledger volumes, micrographics and oversized maps and architectural plans. A small subset of records are photographs (prints and negatives). All records range in age from the 1850s to present day. Older records are fragile and frequently on onionskin paper. Contemporary records are on printer paper. Almost all records will require staple removal, and/or unfolding. Micrographic formats to be scanned include 16mm, 35mm, and microfiche.
- Archives has approximately 90,000 linear feet of archival records of various formats and subjects that are frequently requested by members of the public and other government offices.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 31, 2023.
