[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide digitalization of audio and video materials services.
- Video migration:  Vendor will migrate 4,000 feet of 16mm reel to reel video with audio to an AVI (Audio Video Interleave) file and a MP4 (MPEG 4) file format for each. A total of 5 AVI and 5 MP4 files will be loaded on to the external hard drive.
- Video migration: Vendor will migrate 100 hours of video tape from various sources including: VHS, Hi8, Super 8, Digital 8, MiniDV, DVPro, and DVCam.  Each video will be migrated to an AVI (Audio Video Interleave) file and a MP4 (MPEG 4) file format for each.  A total of 100 AVI files and 100 MP4 files will be loaded onto the external hard drive.
- Audio Migration: Vendor will migrate 100 hours of cassette tape to a WAV (uncompressed file format) and a MP3 file (compressed file format) for each recording. Total time of these tapes is 100 hours.  A total of 100 WAV and 100 MP3 files will be loaded onto the external drive.
- Audio migration:  Vendor will migrate a total of 140,000 feet of audio reel to reel 7.25 speed transfer to a WAV (uncompressed file format) and a MP3 file (compressed file format) for each recording. A total of 88 WAV and 88 MP3 files will be loaded onto the external drive
