(1) Vendor needs to provide digitizing veterans records services at scanning resolution of 200 and 400 dpi in PDF and TIFF file format.
- Documents will need to be scanned, labeled, indexed by originating location and processed to meet bulk document upload procedures.
- Project 1:  Digitized Veteran Paper Files and load:
- Document Scanning:
- Minimum 200 DPI resolution with a maximum file size of 6MB
- Digitization or Scanning Standard
- Claims records – PDF copy
- Estimated Cabinet drawer Values:
- 18"=2,700-3,600 pages
- 26"=3,900-5,200 pages
- 30"=4,500-6,000 pages
- Project 2:  Digitized Veteran Report of Separation records, load into Vetra Spec and provide digital copies for records stakeholders:
- Document Scanning:
- 400 DPI/ 400 PPI
- Estimated values:
- Based on 150-200 pages per inch
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 9, 2023.
