(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and imaging service using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in pdf and TIFF file format.
- records are planned to be stored on the City Clerk Records Management Document Imaging SharePoint application
- provide image processing services to convert paper records containing Departmental Paper Records Files to digital format.
(2) Approximately wok volume will be 10,000 copies of files.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 17, 2023.
