Vendor needs to provide paper to digitalization document conversion services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi. in PDF file format
- Scanning and digitizing participant research records from studies of diabetes and related conditions
- To digitize these records requires the ability to scan various types of records, including irregularly sized sheets of paper, in large quantities. Electronic files need to be organized and indexed in a way that provides ready access to staff, including the ability to search and to readily identify the relevant sections (similar to the original organization for a clinical chart).
- Box the records, prepare them for shipment and transport them to their scanning facility.
- Scanned documents shall be delivered in electronic format, as pdf files with 300 dpi resolution; a digital file shall be created and named for each physical folder
