[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide legacy legislative audiocassettes digitization services.
- Digital file means a digitized recreation of the analog audiocassette master
- Shall provide digitization of approximately 20,000 (approximately 16,000 hours) audiocassette recordings of the proceedings of the general assembly. a master .wav file as well as a reference .mp3 version of each file shall be created and delivered to the state.
- Once digitized, the digital version of the audiocassette will become the official record and master tapes will be destroyed by the state audiocassettes and digital files are the sole property of the State. after digitization, audiocassettes shall be returned to the library and archives within three months of receipt and approval of digital files.
(2) A pre-response conference will be held on March 7,2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 10, 2023.
(4) A contract term will be for four years.
