[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide records digitization services in TIFF file format.
- Digital records should be saved in TIFF format for compatibility
- The City has a need to reduce on-site paper documentation and has identified various records throughout the City that can be scanned and digitized into an electronic format for storage
- Ability to scan content directly and seamlessly into Laserfiche utilizing established City templates.
- Ability to add metadata and application of optical character recognition (OCR).
- Provide scanning services onsite
- Provide document scanning services for existing hard copy documents (on-site or in storage).
- Ongoing document scanning services. Assist with Citywide digitization needs as new documents are generated.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for two years.
