[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide records management, storage and archiving services.
- This project includes several components:
1) creating a searchable digital archive of Town records
2) providing public access to such digital archive
3) Scanning records into digital archive
- Create a searchable digital archive of Town records; and provide public access to such digital archive. These services shall include:
• Review of stored materials
• Categorization and indexing of records
• Digitization of appropriate records
• Organization and re-storage of scanned materials
• Creation of searchable archive of digitized Town records
• Creation of records management system for internal use
• Creation of portal for public access to Town records
(2) A pre-bid site visit will be held between March 13 to 24, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
