(1) Vendor needs to provide historic record preservation and archiving services.
- This project entails preservation of historic records and scanning digitally.
- Historic records preservation and archiving tasks, an important aspect of which will be digitizing town records and preservation of such records.
- Create a digital scan of the preserved Town records. These services shall include:
• Review of historic records for preservation and digitization
• Preservation of appropriate historic records digitization where feasible
(2) A pre-bid site visit will be held between March 13 to 24, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
