[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber to ESRI conversion services.
- Data migration from the current excel and AutoCAD records to the BWL licensed ARC-FM fiber manager software and training for agency personnel in the entry and use of the data.
- Provide data entry services to populate the ARC-FM data schema with the agency fiber data.  Data entry can be completed remotely or on-site if desired.
- The selected bidder will be given access to the current fiber records including splice charts in Excel and AutoCAD drawings to determine the most efficient way to migrate the records into the ARC-FM tool.  
- Provide on-site training for selected BWL personnel for data entry and data use.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2023.
