(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document digitization and cloud storage solution in image format.
- Assist the town converting to a paperless process through the conversion of paper records, choosing a storage solution, and eventually migrating to a digital environment.
(2) Approximately quantity:
- Document Scanning (standard size - up to and including 11x17 auto color) per image: 1,000,000
- Document Scanning (wide format - auto color) per image: 100,000
- Storage Solution shall include all costs to retrieve data in a searchable indexing process per image: 1,000,000.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2023
(4) Pre-bid conference will be held on February 21, 2023
