[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and digitizing services.
- Scan paper documents into pdf documents at a minimum 300 ppi in 8 Bit Grayscale or 24 Bit Color where appropriate. OCR must be enabled.
- Paper files include reports, correspondence, photos, data, and some oversized maps.
- Many reports include a combination of regular sized (8x11 pages and 11x17 pages) and oversized maps (plan sized pages).
(2) Approximate work volume will be 275,000 regular sized pages, 1,400 oversized pages in 2,500 total documents.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2023.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
