[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital records imaging and scanning project at 400-600 DPI and PPI JPEG, PDF and TIFF format.
- The vendor shall scan all documents at 300 dpi in color. The images shall be saved in the industry standard JPEG format with 85% quality compression. All JPEG images shall be converted into 300 dpi single page black and white TIFF images with Group IV compression.
- The vendor shall scan all photographs in color into the standard JPEG image at 400-600 dpi/ppi quality.
- All scanning shall be conducted between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Monday-Friday, excluding any Federal holidays.
- The vendor shall automatically deskew and remove solid black borders on each TIFF image for optimum file compression.
- In cases where there may be black images with white text (if applicable), the vendor shall automatically reverse any TIFF image so that white text becomes black text with a white background image.
(2) Approximately 275 boxes of building records.
