(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital digitize service at 300dpi in JPEG to B&W TIFF, PDF and OCR format.
- Images and files are to be scanned and indexed by searchable fields and can be imported into our current DocuWare database.
(2) Approximately quantity:
• Prep and Scan Files and Maps:
- 221,120 Images to Scan 300dpi JPEG Image
- 221,120 Images to Convert JPEG to B&W TIFF
- 11,056,000 Pages to Scan 300dpi JPEG Image with Backsides
- 57,500 Maps to Scan 300dpi JPEG Image with Backsides
- 57,500 Images to Convert JPEG to B&W TIFF with Backsides
• Index and Format Files:
- 10,503,200 Images to Convert to PDF and OCR
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 18, 2023
(4) Mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on January 11, 2023
