[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning services to prepare documents (paper, files, mail, etc.) for loading into an optical character recognition (OCR) software.
- The contractor must be capable of rapidly converting documents into an OCR readable format.
- Remove documents from folders
- As a scanning transport document, small documents such as post-its will be affixed to a larger 8 ½ X 11 page.
- Remove staples and paper clips.
- Straighten any folded corners and repair torn edges.
- Ensure single documents or groups of documents will be scanned as separate and distinct records.
- Insert indicator sheets after pages on which handwritten notes or other post-document creation marks have been made. Said sheets will include a description of the markings.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
