- digitization services of oversized records
- Archives to secure ad hoc digitization services of oversized records to be initiated upon request. This digitization must be performed in a manner and with equipment that ensures the records do not experience surface contact
- Provide a quote for digitization per unit of measure.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2023.
