[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilm and microfiche to digital record digitizing and conversion services in pdf file format.
- develop a tracking system to monitor all student records to be scanned ensuring to
keep inactive, graduate and special education records separate and providing separate access for a special education point of contact and a central records office point of contact
- scan student records in alphabetical order according to year of graduation or withdrawal and
according to in alphabetical order for special education files
- scan each student records into a searchable multipage PDF format
- retrieve, transport, and deliver the boxes of microfilm and microfiche in a timely manner to the
vendor scanning facility
- convert student records on microfilm and microfiche to searchable multipage PDF
- provide a secure hosting solution that allows for retrieval of documents once scanning completes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 4, 2023.
