[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document digital conversion service using scanning resolution at minimum 300dpi, to a maximum of 1200 dpi in multiple file format including TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF, Raw image files etc.
- security of the OPS documents being digitized, the digital files resulting from digital conversion and all personal, confidential and sensitive information content.  
- digital conversion services of microfilm and microfiche (including 16mm microfilm or 35mm microfilm in sheets or reel format).  
- digital conversion from video and audio sources e.g. VHS video tapes, audio cassettes, reel to reel audio tape.
- Scanned paper files, microfiche and microfilm are uploaded to a dedicated PC for processing
- Paper files, microfiche and microfilm are moved back to the secure staging area after being digitized
- digitized documents from the PC to the SFTP site must be protected by the Vendor using encrypted transmission through the Vendor's internal network
- digitized images must be assigned metadata to document digitizing processes to support ongoing business needs and processes.
- imaging process must be generated automatically at the point of digital capture directly from the
digitization equipment avoiding manually-assigned data entry.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2022.
