[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfiche and microfilm library conversion service using scanning resolution at 200 dpi in multiple file format including TIFF, pdf, Jpeg, GIF and PNG format.
- preserve the files in a space saving document management system
- film must be scanned to produce an exact digital replica of the entire original roll
- system must work with or without a database
- system must have text search capability.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 2,173 rolls of microfilm and 4,074 microfiche cards.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 22, 2022.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than November 29, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
