(1) Vendor needs to provide historical document scanning initiative services.
- Providing information regarding the scanning of classified historical documents into a newly implemented Document Management System
- To enter a contract with a vendor that possesses the capabilities and experience to best meet the needs of stakeholders to bring this project to successful completion.
- Agency has over 25,000 Personnel file records stored in various locations throughout State
- Candidate Processing Backgrounds - 1,645,000 pages approx.
- Agency Employee Backgrounds - 1,727,200 pages approx.
- Medical - 2,700,000 pages approx.
- Personnel Files - 999,000 pages approx.
- Employee Disciplinary Files - 910,000 pages approx.
- The above category breakdown includes file estimates containing 7,981,200 pieces of paper of various types (normal paper, carbons, microfiche, envelopes, post-it, 5x7 index cards, polygraph, etc.) and sizes (8 1/2 x 11, legal, rolled polygraph or medical results) and includes fasteners not limited to staples, paperclips, and prong bindings
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2022.
