[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide newspaper digitization service from microfilms.
- Contractor must digitize 100,000 newspaper pages from microfilm creating the following
derivative files, and complete corresponding XML.
- Grayscale, scanned for maximum resolution possible between 300-400 dpi, relative to the
original material, uncompressed TIFF 6.0
- Same image, compressed as JPEG2000
- OCR text and associated bounding boxes for words
- PDF Image with Hidden Text, i.e., with text and image correlated
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for two year.
