[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide photocopying and duplication service for photocopying, scanning, digital imaging, and digital media duplication services including, but not limited to, microfilming, image scanning, digital reproduction, and storage into digital media.
- This also includes resizing and mounting of photographs with text or other graphics for trial-exhibit use; reproduction of large and bulky oversized documents such as engineering plans, maps, blueprints; reproduction of sensitive or aged documents; copying of videotape, audio cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and various other electronic media pertinent to litigation support; preparation of duplicate negatives and enlarging of photographs; and establishing a document repository and reproduction services for litigation support.
- Copying and scanning documents provided by county counsel with the production of one full printed and scanned copy of documents.

b) Straight run-automatic feed with large staples, clipped or tabbed sections
c) Stapled, clipped or tabbed sections
d) Stapled and clipped sections, edge-to-edge and contrast problems, double-sided, different sized paper
e) Glasswork or Hand Placement
- Onsite Scanning: In the case that county counsel requests copies to be scanned onsite, the Contractor may be required to travel to another location to copy and scan documents and materials.
- Photographs to be scanned and saved on a CD, the Contractor shall be paid per scan (regular or Oversized and B&W or Color), and for the number of CDs required for the request.
- Optical Character Recognition for Searchable Text (OCR): County counsel may request the Contractor to allow scanned documents to be used for searchable text using OCR.
