Vendor needs to provide microfilming and scanning permanent records services includes processing, quality control measures, 10-point indexing and security labeling.
- Disaster recovery, second original roll of microfilm stored at an off-site location. Scan the microfilm into a PDF format and burn the images onto CDs.
- Preparation work includes removal of staples, paperclips, recording of material, repairing tears, etc
- Pickup of documents and return or destruction of the documents upon completion of filing, if applicable
- permanent records in accordance with the state records retention schedule. The Town has approximately 900 banker boxes of “Permanent” record such as, Commitments, General ledgers, Minutes, Warrants, etc.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
