(1) Vendor needs to provide microfiche and record book scanning services
- To digitize all its records on microfiche and bound in books
- These records will then be added to our existing database in our Bluestone Probate Case Management System
- Have the capacity and capability to transport microfiche and books to-and-from the Court for scanning
- Be able to digitize the records into a format that can easily be uploaded into Bluestone for future public viewing purposes
- Implementation of the digitized product within the County data protocol
- To have microfilm and books scanned into our database so that they can be stored, searched, and maintained
(2) Approximate work volume will be Microfiche is 3,00,235 Quantity and Record Book Scanning is 15,60, 508 Quantity.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
