(1) Vendor needs to provide criminal records digitization services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF or TIFF file format.
- entails the indexing of these documents to allow the Clerk to pull the records into the case management system
- Capture images at a minimum of 300 dpi at 256 gray levels ensuring the highest quality for poor contrast and legibility
- Images accumulate as Group IV bi-tonal images in a standard PDF or TIFF format
- Images are grouped (stapled) together to form documents
- Page Validation (automated PG. numbering for validation).    
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
