[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfiche and microfilm to digital scanning and conversion service in pdf and TIF format.
- new system shall provide a multi-faceted solution to facilitate the collection, mapping, and archival for the Pension Plan Administration filing needs and support future operational needs
- large quantity of archived files that must be digitized into a PDF or TIF format, indexed, and made accessible for retrieval.
- Kofax/Capture/Scanner Software – Used to scan, image, and index all RSD documents to TIF images.  
- OpenText Application tender –The web application used by RSD for image retrieval.
- application used to manage business workflows and serve the ORBIT application for image retrieval through webservice calls
- Microfilm – 3500 Reels (Quantity on each card unknown)
- Microfiche documents – Estimated to be 1 million sheets containing multiple images.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
