[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning services and file destruction services at scanning resolution in 200 dpi in TIFFs and PDF/As file format.
- Documents are to be scanned as single page TIFFs and PDF/As.
- Provide document scanning services and file destruction
- Images must be of sufficient quality for all foreseeable needs; images will be used in lieu of originals. There are very few color pages to be scanned. Any color text, signatures, etc. are to be scanned as black or grey scale. PDF documents do not need to be text searchable.
- In-house capability to perform all the primary operations specified in this Invitation for Bids, including but not limited to document preparation, scanning, converting data files, indexing files, securing temporary storage of records, and certified destruction of paper records.
- Vendor is responsible for pick-up of files and return delivery of scanned images.
(2) Approximate work volume will be for project 1: 11,125 pages, project 2: 714225 and project 3: 3,244,050.
(3) All questions must be submitted in written no later than October 31, 2022.
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
