[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous waste disposal services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.
- Shall be responsible for generation of all paperwork, registrations, permits and applications with regulatory agencies for the labelling, packaging, transporting and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Contractor shall provide a review of the inventory of the waste generated by the laboratory services section and will assign categories to the waste based on characterization of the waste materials.
- Contractor shall provide materials for labelling and packing shipping containers for the collection of bulk waste as necessary.
- Contractor shall load, transport, and dispose of hazardous materials to an approved treatment storage and disposal facility.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 30, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
