Vendor needs to provide document scanning services.
- Document scanning resolution shall be a minimum of 400 by 400 for black-white text and images and 600 by 600 for color text & images
- The scanned document shall be saved to Adobe Acrobat PDF version 6 format
- Optical character recognition will not be required for documents that are primarily pictures, drawings, and other complex images
- Each scanned document shall be indexed and provided in MS Excel format
- The engineer will provide the contractor with access to cloud-based data storage to upload the scanned documents and index files

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
