- Contractor must be familiar with using a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft computer software applications.
- Contractor must have the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to locate, assemble and compose information for routine reports, inquiries, and non-technical correspondence is required.
- Contractor shall communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy
- Contractor shall maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner and compliance with privacy act information.
