Government Authority located in Wisconsin; USA looking for expert vendor for Data entry, Document Scanning and Storage Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Data entry, Document Scanning and Storage Services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor should scan around 6,500 – 15,000 documents pr year.
(4) Once all documents scanned, data shall be manually entered and maintained on a 24-hour, 7-day per week web-based retrieval system.  
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
