[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Data Entry Services of various forms for government authority.
(2) Contract periods is for the period April 1, 2012, to March 31, 2015, with an option to renew for two (2) additional twelve month terms.
(3) Vendor will be required to pick up Forms for key entry as requested by the authority, normally on a business daily basis and will be required back again.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
