(1) Vendor needs to provide services of processing of microfilm and the conversion of documents to microfilm for government authority.
(2) Contract periods shall be from 04/01/2012 to 03/31/2013, with an option to renew for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
(3) Non mandatory pre proposal conference will be held on January 09, 2012.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
