[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Data Entry, System Management and Support Services for government authority.
(2) Vendor needs to provide system management, data entry, and support services for the Program.
(3) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for two (2) additional one year periods.
(4) Vendor should provide services such as:
- Input and maintain all files provided by authority
- Receive voucher and billing form, and enter evaluation results and billing
- Create or maintain a system for coding records to show completion of data entry and a filing system for data entry materials
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
