[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital scanning, numbering, bar-coding, attaching of metadata, archiving onto DVD and CD-ROM disc(s) for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be from date of award through January 31, 2013and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor should provide these services for around total of 264,000 drawings, 462,000 of documents, and 880 Photos per year.
(4) Vendor should provide all services under the contract must be located within a 50-mile radius of the applicable city/state address (es) for which a bid is submitted:
Chicago, IL – Category 1
Cincinnati, OH – Category 2
Washington, DC – Category 3
Columbus, OH – Category 4
Springfield, IL – Category 5
Indianapolis, IN – Category 6
Dearborn, MI – Category 7
Grand Rapids, MI – Category 8
Fort Snelling, MN – Category 9
Cleveland, OH – Category 10
Milwaukee, WI – Category 11
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
