[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Scanning and copying Services of sensitive documents for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for four additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor should provide these services for around two to 50 (average 15) orders per year, and each order will consist of approximately 300 to 25,000 document pages per order.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
